About Us

Sharpen Up was founded in mid 2023 by Bronwyn Wilson, a career Human Resources professional as well as Yoga Teacher and Mum of three sons, with the intention of helping people enhance their career. Bronwyn achieves this by providing career coaching to give clarity on the right career move, and offering assistance with the transition of changing job roles, by preparing individuals to navigate the recruitment process or the transitional phases associated with career change.

 

Typical clients include individuals seeking a change in their working life, whether that be transitioning to retirement, moving into a new sector, taking on a new role or returning from parental leave. Career Coaching can include preparation for interviews including resume writing and interview tips, as well as understanding of working style and preferences to ensure alignment between your values and your next career step.

 

With a founder qualified in both Psychology, Human Resources and Yoga Teaching, Sharpen Up is uniquely positioned to offer Corporate Wellness solutions for organisations who value employee wellbeing as a mechanism to improve performance, decision making, team cohesion and retention rates.
